Adrenal Fatigue is Aging You

Adrenal Nourishment and CRT are Key….

“What are you doing to balance and relax your brain and nervous system?”

– Dr. Doug Lehrer

When you get “stressed out” with worry, fear of rejection, struggle, the need to please or indecision, for example, your brain and nervous system activate the adrenal glands (aka, the stress glands). Your adrenal’s are only supposed to fire up when there is a true danger or threat, like a bear, then calm down within a few minutes. This brain-adrenal response is known as the Survival response, which turns off Relaxation (healing, digestion and cell repair). Where do spend most of your time… in relaxation mode or survival mode?

If you’re like most people, your body spends most of the time in survival mode, fighting the bears and tigers of life’s day to day experiences “reacting” to your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and attitudes (internalized and suppressed “stress”). So, how do you break this pattern and reduce adrenal stress…?

They adrenal glands are about the size of a half dollar and sit a top your kidneys behind your lower back. Adrenal stress is the key cause of acid build-up (acidosis) in the body and the inflammatory process which is the cause of AGING. This is because emotional stress causes the brain and nervous system to PUSH the adrenal glands into overload, exhaustion and finally failure.

While adrenal fatigue is not recognized by allopathic medicine, adrenal insufficiency most certainly is. When you connect the dots and understand that acidosis (from adrenal overload/exhaustion) of the third ventricle of the heart is noted as the primary cause of heart attacks. No wonder heart attack is affecting so many young people, even professional athletes, today- especially when you take into account that 70% of Americans suffer from some type of sleep disorder.

Adrenal exhaustion not only prematurely ages and degenerates the body, adrenal exhaustion also causes belly fat and weight gain due to the increased output of cortisol, a fat storing hormone. Taking cortisol blockers, however, is dangerous because you never turn off and heal the adrenal glands. What I’ve found to improve adrenal function is adrenal nourishment that also nourishes the brain, nervous system and whole body, therefore reducing stress and improving the balance between the survival and relaxation functions (sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system). This is vital if you are to improve or heal any condition of the body.

This is why I always recommend cultured raw food concentrates which are predigested by tiny microorganisms because the bodies stressed digestive tract and acid metabolism kills the vital “gut” flora needed to digest your food and decrease inflammation. These “live” nutrients instantly go into your cells to nourish, cleanse and restore electrical, hormonal and digestive functions while de-stressing your cells including brain and adrenal gland functions. A good place to begin is ordering my Foundational Health & Weight Balancing program and schedule an appointment to experience the life-changing results of Cellular Resonance Technique.
